In a letter filed today with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the FIA Principal Traders Group (FIA PTG) again opposed a proposal to add IntelligentCross ATS as a new entrant to FINRA’s Alternative Display Facility. While acknowledging that IntelligentCross has addressed some of the items FIA PTG raised in their first letter, the group is still concerned about the novel issues raised by this proposal and believe it requires further exploration and discussion before approval.
