On February 12, 2021, FIA PTG submitted a letter to the SEC raising market access concerns with the wireless connectivity configuration to Nasdaq via the roof of their data center in Carteret, NJ. When it comes to market access, FIA PTG believes the most important principle is creating and maintaining a level playing field. In this instance, FIA PTG does not believe that Nasdaq has met that principle and therefore urges the Commission to require Nasdaq to comply with the exchange rule filing process including public review and comment.
