September 25, 2020 - In a letter submitted to the SEC today, the FIA Principal Traders Group responded to the amended proposal recently filed by the Exchange. FIA PTG said that at this point, rather than commenting further on the technical aspects of the proposal, they are instead focusing on creating and maintaining a level playing field. They went on to say that this concept of a level playing field should be applied across all exchanges offering these or similar services, with a structure for a public and transparent rule filing and comment process.
