This guide details the minimum technical requirements users’ computers and tablets must meet in order for your Access Learning, mobile apps, and content to work as expected. Check your computer or laptop meets these requirements before raising a case to our Support Engineers.

All browsers should be up-to-date and on their latest versions, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari on Windows, Safari on iPad, and Chrome on Android tablets.
We also support clients running Citrix environments where we are able to work with your IT team.
Screen resolution
1024 x 768 or higher
Pop-up blockers
It is recommended that pop-up blockers be disabled to avoid issues with viewing some content when launched via the Access Learning.

Operating System supported by Apple (iOS 12+ at time of writing) or any phone or tablet running Android 5.0 (Lollipop) with over 1GB memory.
Content (off-the-shelf)
Browsers
All courseware will run in Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Firefox, Safari.
JavaScript needs to be enabled for all portfolios.
Iframes need to be enabled on all platforms.
Pop-ups need to be allowed from within the Learning Management System being used.
Where courses are updated, cache needs to be emptied locally or via a proxy server.
Courseware will attempt to play all media through HTML 5 if the browser is compatible.
Adobe Reader may be required for older browsers when you launch a PDF. Modern browsers have built-in PDF support.
There is no requirement to have Flash or Java installed as courseware does not use Flash or Java.
All courseware is compatible with iOS and Android devices.
