Charles G. (Chuck) Hohman’s career at BMO Harris Bank spanned 37 years, until his retirement in 2009. He got his MBA after serving in the U.S. Navy in Vietnam, where he rose to Lieutenant and served as Fleet Officer of the Deck, and eventually joined what was then Harris Trust and Savings Bank in 1973. He moved into the futures and agribusiness in 1977 and began to turn BMO Harris's team into one of the preeminent groups in the U.S. He was promoted to managing director at BMO in 1993.
Over his career, Hohman held the seats owned by Harris/BMO at the Chicago Board of Trade and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, and served on the Clearing House Risk Committee at the CME for many years.
