These include levels of trading activity on exchanges and swap execution facilities as well as the number of clearing firms in the U.S. and the amount of customer funds held by these firms.

Discover insights into the financial condition of futures commission merchants through the FIA FCM Tracker, a series of interactive visualizations. Based on data published by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission on a monthly basis, these visualizations show the level of customer segregated funds held by FCMs operating in the U.S. The visualizations can be used to show trends in the overall amount of customer funds held for trading in futures and swaps. FIA publishes statistics on volume and market share trends on swap execution facilities via a series of interactive visualizations. The visualizations are updated on a monthly basis and can be used to show trends in the overall level of trading activity. In addition, the data can be filtered by trading venue and type of product. FIA collects data on volume and open interest for futures and options listed on more than 75 exchanges around the world. FIA uses these data to provide the public with an annual review of volume trends in MarketVoice, FIA's magazine.
