Refresher on FIA Terms of Business 2018

Are you new to the world of FIA standard derivatives clearing documentation? Have you ever been asked a question about the FIA Terms of Business 2018 and you think you could benefit from a refresher? What are FIA Indirect Clearing Terms and how can they be used in practice? What are all the different types of legal opinions that FIA makes available to members and non-members?

FIA is inviting you to join a series of two webinars that will cover the questions above and many more. The first webinar will focus on the FIA Terms of Business 2018 suite of documentation, including the FIA Indirect Clearing Terms and User Guide. The second webinar will discuss the various legal opinions that FIA maintains. We plan to dive into some detail as to how FIA legal opinions are structured and also the terms under which they can be accessed and relied upon.
