The Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) sets out detailed requirements for incident reporting, ICT risk management, subcontracting, threat-led penetration testing, among other areas. Market participants continue making progress to achieve compliance with DORA, applicable starting on 17 January 2025.
This webinar will present the aim behind DORA, who it applies to, and the state of play. With key parts of the Level 2 technical requirements yet to be finalised, we will elaborate on key areas of ongoing work by financial entities to reach timely compliance and ensure financial entities’ third-party relationships and contracts are DORA-ready.
