The FIA L&C Division is publishing new and revised versions of the International Uniform EFRP and Block Transactions Agreement (formerly known as the International Uniform EFP Transactions Agreement). The following, amongst other things, are now available in FIA’s US Documentation Library:
- the new and revised agreement versions;
- blacklines showing the changes between the 2017 and 2021 versions of the agreement, where applicable;
- the 2017 International Uniform EFP Transactions Agreement versions;
- a memo from the FIA L&C Division providing certain context for the new/revised agreements, as well as discussing certain substantive aspects of such agreements.
