In this episode, FIA President and CEO Walt Lukken talks with former Member of the European Parliament Dr. Kay Swinburne. With the recent elections in Europe and the ongoing Brexit drama in the U.K., Dr Swinburne provides a direct view in to the inner workings and can help us understand what it all means. Dr. Swinburne is originally from Wales, earned science degrees and a PhD in medical research and an MBA. She started her career in international healthcare and investment banking having worked at Deutsche Bank. Active in Welsh politics, she has been a member of the European Parliament since 2009. This episode was recorded at FIA’s flagship International Derivatives Expo Conference in London.
