What is included in the different conference registration types?
- Full Conference - Access to all IDX programming, exhibits, all social events, networking breaks, and lunches.
- Single Day - Access to Monday’s Opening Reception plus programming, exhibit hall, networking breaks, and lunch on selected day. Choose between the 17 or 18 June.
- Exhibits Plus - Access to IDX exhibits on the 17 & 18 June plus all IDX networking meals, breaks and receptions.
Note: Registration for the IDX Gala is separate from the conference.
Is there a discount/promo code available to attend the evening events only?

Will this event be accessible virtually?
At this time, IDX 2025 is scheduled to take place in person only. Please continue to monitor the event’s landing page for updates.
Do I need an FIA membership to attend an event?
No. FIA does not require membership to attend this event. However, registrants are required to create a profile to complete their registration.

How do I make a registration payment?
Invoices can be paid via check or wire, as detailed in the confirmation. If you'd like to make a credit card payment, you can do so by clicking here to pay an open invoice. If you would like to request an online credit card payment link, send an email to Member Services.
Which form of credit card payment does FIA accept?
FIA accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and their affiliates. Contact Member Services should you need assistance processing payment.
My colleague processed my registration on my behalf. Will I receive a confirmation email?
Yes, all attendees will receive a Registration Confirmation at the email address on file.
Can I cancel my registration after the 30 May refund deadline?
While you can cancel your registration after 30 May, we are unable to issue refunds after that date and your registration fee will not be returned. Please contact Member Services with any concerns.
I am unable to attend the conference due to circumstances that are beyond my control. Can I transfer my registration to my colleague?
Yes. Registration transfers may be made at any time without penalty. Please note, your colleague must not be a currently paid attendee. Please Member Services for assistance.
I am unable to attend the conference due to weather or travel circumstances. Am I eligible for a refund?
FIA does not reimburse registration fees for inclement weather, or attendee travel delays/cancellations.
If I am unable to attend IDX 2025, can I transfer my funds to a future conference?
Conference funds are non-transferable from year to year or to another event. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague who is NOT currently registered. Contact Member Services for assistance.
Why was I charged VAT?
Since this event will take place in the U.K., VAT is applicable during checkout. It is calculated and determined by the event location, not the registrant’s location or residence. If you are VAT-exempt, please contact Member Services.
