As part of the FIA's Covid-19 Lessons Learned initiative, FIA is maintaining contact lists, on an ongoing basis, to help firms resolve any backlog of un-allocated/accepted trades that occur during future periods of high volume/volatility. The lists contain individual operational contacts for the following:
- Top-day clearing
- T+ clearing
- Senior operational escalation contacts
- Cash reconciliations for expired positions
