FOA letter to FCA regarding extension to implementation period of MTF and non-MTF solution for trading physical forwards

Along with EFET, Energy UK and Electricity for Europe, the FOA has requested for an extension of ‘no action’ period concerning the arrangement and execution of forward energy commodity transactions.
