On the 13 February 2015, FIA submitted its response to the ESMA consultation paper “Review of the technical standards on reporting under Article 9 of EMIR” The response details FIA members thoughts on improving the technical standards that underpin the EMIR trade reporting regime. The response covers Exchange Traded Derivatives only.
