What is included in the different conference registration types?
Is there a discount/promo code available that will allow me to attend the event for free?
FIA does not have promo codes for the event, but many of our sponsors and exhibitors do. We encourage you to reach out to your contacts at those companies.
Will this event be accessible virtually?
Expo 2024 is scheduled to take place in person only.
Do I need an FIA membership to attend an event?
No. FIA does not require membership to attend this event. However, registrants are required to create a profile to complete their registration.

How do I make a registration payment?
Invoices can be paid via check or wire, as detailed in the confirmation. If you'd like to make a credit card payment, you can do so by clicking here to pay an open invoice. If you would like to request an online credit card payment link that does not require login, send an email to Member Services.
Which form of credit card payment does FIA accept?
FIA accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and their affiliates. Contact Member Services should you need assistance processing payment.
How do I book my hotel accommodations?
FIA recommends that you book your stay starting on Monday, 18 November so that you can participate in the Opening Reception sponsored by CME Group. Book your room.
Room rates start at $269.00 plus applicable taxes and fees. Room rates are subject to state and local taxes, currently 17.4%. Tax rates are subject to change. There is a 72–hour cancellation policy in place for all reservations. Failure to cancel a reservation 72 hours (about 3 days) prior to arrival will result in a one–night non–refundable guest room charge plus applicable taxes posted to the attendee's credit card on file.
The cut–off date for the group rate is October 24, 2024. Rooms are available on a first–come, first–served basis. Please note that once the block is sold out, the hotel's market price applies regardless of the date of booking.
I have registered for Expo but have not received a confirmation email. What should I do?
You should receive a Registration Confirmation email at the email address on file. Confirmation emails come from info@fia.org. Please check your spam folder and if you still need assistance, contact Member Services.
Can I cancel my registration after the November 1st refund deadline?
Yes, but per our registration policies, you will not receive a refund after this date. Please contact Member Services for assistance.
I am unable to attend the conference due to circumstances that are beyond my control, can I transfer my registration to my colleague?
Yes. Registration transfers may be made at any time without penalty. Please note, your colleague must not be a currently paid attendee. Please Member Services for assistance.
If I am unable to attend Expo 2024, can I transfer my funds to a future conference?
Unfortunately, registration funds are not transferrable between conferences. If you have additional questions, please contact Member Services.
