Worldwide volume of exchange-traded derivatives was 2.76 billion contracts in the month of November, down 6.8% from the previous month but up 21.2% from November 2017. On a year-to-date basis, volume in the first eleven months of the year was 27.62 billion contracts, up 19.4% from the first eleven months of 2017. Total open interest at the end of November was 967.8 million contracts, up 0.9% from a year ago.
