FIA invited members to participate in a webinar on the recently issued “interpretive guidance” regarding the anti-disruptive trading practices authority of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. This guidance provides important insights on how the CFTC’s enforcement division will apply this authority to listed derivatives markets as well as swap execution facilities and what trading practices it will consider to be disruptive. Kenneth Raisler, partner at the law firm of Sullivan and Cromwell, will outline the key features of the guidance during the webinar and answer questions from members.

Presenters:

Bruce Beatus, Director and Associate General Counsel, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and President, FIA Law & Compliance Division  and Kenneth Raisler, Head of the Commodities, Futures and Derivatives Group, Sullivan & Cromwell
