What is included with the conference registration?
Access to programming, exhibits, all social events, networking breaks, and lunches.
What is included with the Guest Pass and how do I request one?
The Guest Pass is only available to a spouse or partner of a registered attendee and only includes access to the evening networking events. The Guest Pass is only available to people who do not work in the industry. Contact memberservices@fia.org to request a Guest Pass registration.
Is there a discount/promo code available to attend the evening events only?

Will this event be accessible virtually?
At this time, Boca 2025 is scheduled to take place in person only. Please continue to monitor the event’s landing page for updates.
Do I need an FIA membership to attend an event?
No. FIA does not require membership to attend this event. However, registrants are required to create a profile to complete their registration.
How can I register a group?

How do I make a registration payment?
Invoices can be paid via check or wire, as detailed in the confirmation. If you'd like to make a credit card payment, you can do so by clicking here to pay an open invoice. If you would like to request an online credit card payment link, send an email to Member Services.
Which form of credit card payment does FIA accept?
FIA accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and their affiliates. Contact Member Services should you need assistance processing payment.
How do I book my hotel accommodations?
The conference hotel room block at The Boca Raton and our additional room block at The Waterstone have both sold out. Below are some alternative suggestions that are in close proximity to the conference venue. FIA does not have any negotiated rates with these properties and cannot confirm or guarantee availability.

Yes, all attendees will receive a Registration Confirmation at the email address on file.
Can I cancel my registration after the 10 February 2025 refund deadline?
Yes. Please contact Member Services for assistance.
Is there a fee if I cancel my registration?
Yes. Cancellations will be subject to a $200 administrative fee and must be in writing on or before 10 February 2025.
I am unable to attend the conference due to circumstances that are beyond my control, can I transfer my registration to my colleague?
Yes. Registration transfers may be made at any time without penalty. Please note, your colleague must not be a currently paid attendee. Please Member Services for assistance.
If I am unable to attend Boca 2025, can I transfer my funds to a future conference?
Unfortunately, registration funds are not transferrable between conferences. If you have additional questions, please contact Member Services.
