What is included in the different conference registration types?
- Full Conference - Access to all Asia programming, exhibits, all social events, networking breaks, and lunches.
- Exhibits Plus - Access to Asia exhibits on the 4-5 December plus all Asia networking meals, breaks and receptions.
Is there a discount/promo code available that will allow me to attend the event for free?
FIA does not have promo codes for the event, but many of our sponsors and exhibitors do. We encourage you to reach out to your contacts at those companies.
Will this event be accessible virtually?
Asia 2024 is scheduled to take place in person only.
Do I need an FIA membership to attend an event?
No. FIA does not require membership to attend this event. However, registrants are required to create a profile to complete their registration.

How do I make a registration payment?
Invoices can be paid via check or wire, as detailed in the confirmation. If you'd like to make a credit card payment, you can do so by clicking here to pay an open invoice. If you would like to request an online credit card payment link that does not require login, send an email to Member Services.
Which form of credit card payment does FIA accept?
FIA accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and their affiliates. Contact Member Services should you need assistance processing payment.
How do I book my hotel accommodations?
Asia 2024 takes place at The St. Regis Singapore! Conference guestroom rates are $410 USD (single) / $440 USD (double), exclusive of applicable taxes (currently 10% service charge and 9% goods and services tax).
Book your stay by 29 October to receive the special conference rate.
I have registered for Asia 2024 but have not received a confirmation email. What should I do?
You should receive a Registration Confirmation email at the email address on file. Confirmation emails come from info@fia.org. Please check your spam folder and if you still need assistance, contact Member Services.
Can I cancel my registration after the 11 November refund deadline?
Yes, but per our registration policies, you will not receive a refund after this date. Please contact Member Services for assistance.
I am unable to attend the conference due to circumstances that are beyond my control. Can I transfer my registration to my colleague?
Yes. Registration transfers may be made at any time without penalty. Please note, your colleague must not be a currently paid attendee. Please contact Member Services for assistance.
If I am unable to attend Asia 2024, can I transfer my funds to a future conference?
Unfortunately, registration funds are not transferrable between conferences. If you have additional questions, please contact Member Services.
