This seminar will focus primarily on the organisational requirements of investment firms engaged in algo trading, providing DEA and acting as GCMs (RTS 6) although it will also touch on key requirements from the organisational requirements for trading venues (RTS 7), market making agreements/schemes (RTS 8) and business clock synchronisation (RTS 25).
In addition to providing attendees with an overview of the requirements, we will also highlight where the key implementation challenges lie, what steps firms need to take to comply and where some of the practical implementation challenges lie.
