Registration includes:
All materials, access to conference sessions, and meal functions listed on the program (unless otherwise noted). Promotional gifts are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Note that the keynote luncheon has limited seating. Once capacity has been reached, interested attendees will be directed to a nearby overflow room to watch the speech on a large monitor.
Cancellation and Substitution Policy:
Notice of cancellation must be received in writing before February 11, 2020, and will be subject to an $100 administrative fee, e-mail Member Services at MemberServices@fia.org. No refunds will be made after February 12, 2020, and all monies owed at the time of cancellation will be due immediately. Substitutions may be made at any time without penalty.

As a registrant of this event, you may be included on a registration roster that includes basic identifying information and is made available to current and prospective registrants, sponsors and exhibitors. Filming, Videotaping and Recording Policy:
No portion of this event may be filmed, videotaped or otherwise recorded for posting or distribution without prior authorization from FIA. Further, by registering for the program, you consent to FIA’s use, reproduction, editing, publishing and distribution of any photographs, videos and other recordings that FIA or its designated photographer may take of registrants and attendees during the program.
