Following last week’s FIA Global CCP Risk Position Paper, FIA today sent a letter to the four UK CCPs regarding non-default losses. Our primary aim in sending this letter is to achieve greater certainty and transparency around the rules in place relating to the calculation and distribution of non-default losses.
